Health America's Mail-Order Prescription Drug Program
As your benefits advisor, RSI wants to ensure you are getting the most from your health plan. One important program is the mailorder service for prescription drugs.
If you are taking any maintenance medications, or drugs that are prescribed on a long-term basis, then you will want consider filling them through mail-order. The advantages of doing so include:
- Savings through lower copays
- Convenience of having a 90-day supply delivered to your home.
To get started with the Mail Service Program:

Call customer service to determine whether or not your drugs are on the mail-order list. You may either call the 800# listed on your Health America ID card, or call your RSI Benefit Service Specialist at 1-800-394-6111. |
If your drugs qualify, then ask your doctor to prescribe a 90-day supply plus refills.

| Fill out a mail-order form, include your prescription, and send it in to Caremark. Your company’s human resources department has a supply of these forms. Otherwise, you can download a form from the internet by logging on to www.caremark.com. |
| Once you send in your prescription, you can track your order either through Caremark’s website, or by calling 1-800-378-7040.
