Trustmark Medical Benefits
and Claims Online
The internet is an excellent tool for you to view information pertaining to your Trustmark benefits, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is a convenient way to identify the following:

Covered benefits and applicable copays, deductibles and/or coinsurance |
| Names of family members who are covered under your plan |
| Status of submitted claims |
| Deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums that have been satisfied |
To get started, follow these steps:
- Log on to www.trustmarkins.com
- Under Insureds/Participants, click on Trustmark Group Insurance, then Medical Claim and Eligibility Look-up.
- You will have to Register by entering some key information, including your ID number, and setting up a password.
- Now you should be all set to access your personal records through Trustmark
