Managing your WellNet Prescription

A major trend in employee benefits is the shift toward self-service through the internet, especially when it comes to prescription drug coverage. By simply logging onto your pharmacy manager’s website, you have access to a wide variety of information to help you get the most from
your plan.
Your WellNet prescription drug benefit is managed by Caremark. To get started with the online management of your plan, you can go to www.caremark.com. From there, you need to set up your account by clicking on the “Not registered?” link.
Once you have established your account, you will be able to:

Manage your prescriptions, such as ordering refills, switching a prescription from retail to mail-order, and viewing your history; |

| View the formulary (2006 Caremark Performance Drug List); |
