Fortis Name Change
Earlier this year, Fortis, Inc. changed its name to Assurant. We just wanted to remind you of this change in the event that you missed prior communications from Fortis. The terms of your contract are the same as before, however, going forward all documents will reflect Assurant as the company name.
Another interesting point to note is that Assurant began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol AIZ.
