Bonnie began her career at RSI in April, 2000. By leading a team of Benefit Specialists and Receptionists, she is responsible for meeting RSI's corporate and service goals. Bonnie provides training on industry trends and legislative developments in order to continuously improve upon the high level of service RSI offers its clients. She also focuses on strengthening relationships with insurance companies and, most importantly, with clients.

Through her 14 years of management experience, Bonnie has worked extensively in customer service. She has led start-up operations as well as overseen a staff of 900 employees. Bonnie cultivates an environment of trust, teamwork, and commitment to RSI's vision.
