RSI Wins New Jersey Governor’s Award for Performance Excellence – Gold Level

MOUNT LAUREL, NEW JERSEY (January 10, 2007) – David J. RSI became the first ever employee benefits firm to win this coveted distinction and the only company to win the Gold Level this year. The formal presentation of the award will take place this spring.

Quality New Jersey, a non-profit organization, uses the National Baldridge Criteria for Performance Excellence to rate the top companies in New Jersey. Applicants are examined in seven categories, including leadership; strategic planning; customer and market focus; measurement, analysis and knowledge management; workforce focus; process management and business results.
