Over 25 years ago, I joined my father and a part-time secretary in a small insurance practice located above a storefront on Main Street in Moorestown, NJ. From the start, we made a science of helping small businesses find the right health plans at the right price.

To be honest, we began with a pretty simple premise. We figured if we sold insurance to people, we ought to help them get what they paid for. So we worked one-on-one with employees, answering their benefits questions and helping them to get reimbursed from their insurance company. In fact, the name Reimbursement Services, Inc. (now RSI) was developed from this very idea. Truth be told, while employers loved the support, it also satisfied a deep desire on our part to be helpers and to make a real difference for people.

Today, RSI is an award-winning, full service employee benefits firm with a staff of over 100 professionals providing a wide array of services for small to mid-sized companies. But the values that set us apart in the beginning are even more present today............
