Experience The RSI Difference

The RSI Fundamentals are a blueprint for both our values and our behavior. By embracing them as a standard, we create "cultural alignment". By putting them into everyday practice, we produce "cultural integrity". By constantly teaching, deepening, and reinforcing them, we achieve "cultural consistency".

Cultural Alignment is when all members of the organization share common beliefs about core values and principles. It leads to increased organizational speed and effectiveness allowing us to meet challenges more effectively.

Cultural Integrity occurs when our actions match our stated values. Having our actual behaviors reflect our values keeps us on "the same page." We realize that a disconnect between values and behaviors can quickly destroy the best and most well-intentioned efforts of any organization.

Cultural Consistency occurs when our actions always match our stated values. People know what to expect of us simply by looking at our guiding principles. Decisions are made in the context of a philosophical framework. We ask ourselves, "What is our principle about this?" or "what do our values say we should do?"

Emphasis on culture is a critical element of organizational success, but our intense focus goes much deeper than that. We believe that values and principles matter in and of themselves, independent of the likely business result. We believe that working in an environment where predictable, commonly held principles guide action simply feels right, and as such, needs no business-case justification.
